All our products are carefully handled and delivered at your doorstep by our reputed partners DTDC and FEDEX. All our packages will be packed and couriered the next day of your order and will be delivered safely at your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
Our experts will also provide you a shipment number of your product. Please take a note that we do not assure delivery of your order on weekends and public holidays.
We are a customer satisfaction oriented brand and we will always make sure to deliver our best to you. Please note that we do not accept the return of any of our products apart from any damages caused during transportation or manufacturing of the product.
If you notice any kind of damage in the product then you can call our customer care executives or email us personally or fill up the form and submit your query regarding the damaged product along with the requisite photograph(if you want), within 24 hours. Any complaints lodged after 24 or 48 hours will not be entertained. Our executives will be happy to help you.
If you receive any product which is damaged during transportation or possess any manufacturing default then our team of experts will replace your product or refund your money. Our customer care team will initiate refunds after careful analysis and refunds will be initiated within next 4 business days after your complaint has been received by our team of experts.
Once our team of experts receive a piece of information from you regarding the return of the damaged product, within 48 hours our team will be directed to pick up the product from your place and after careful inspection of the damaged product, refund will be initiated to you within next 3-4 business days. However, if you return the product to us on your own terms, the refund will depend upon the time your courier reaches us. We offer you the receipt of refund on the mode of payment chosen by you.
If you wish to return any damaged product, we will schedule a pick up from your place via our logistic partner and a message will be sent to you the day your product is scheduled for a pick up. The cost incurred during the return of the product will be borne by us. Please make sure that your product is properly sealed and bill invoice is enclosed with the product.
Our refunds will be initiated within 3- 4 business days after the product has been received and carefully inspected by our team. The receipt of the refund will depend on the mode of refund chosen by you.
We do wish to inform you that in case of debit and credit transfers, the time of refund depends upon the bank concerned. In that case, we would also wish to help you or expedite further, but our hands are tied. The maximum duration of return inclusive of banks will be lasting 5-7 days.
In any circumstances, if you wish to cancel your order, you can contact our customer care team and raise a cancellation request. The cancellation will take place after the cancellation is confirmed via email, message. If your order has been processed but not yet delivered, you can call our customer care number and inform them about the same by giving them your order number. If the order is out for delivery and you have requested a cancellation, do not accept the order and inform us also about the same. In case of prepaid orders refunds will be processed as per our return policies.
